You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.You must not share your account in ways that violate these terms.

3. Google Business Profile Access
Connecting your Google account authorizes us to manage data strictly within your Business Profiles.You may disconnect at any time.We are not responsible for actions or policies of Google.

4. Payments & Credits
Some features may require a paid subscription or credits.Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.Prices may change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property
Lokalspark owns the platform, software, and content (except user-provided content).You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our services.

6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lokalspark is provided “as is”.We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination
You may stop using Lokalspark anytime.We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
